HPCA Women Senior team have won the Pre-quarter final match of the BCCI Women Senior T-20 Knockout which was played between against Goa at C.K. Pithawala Stadium Surat. Goa won the toss and elected to field first. Himachal Pradesh openers, Nikita Chauhan and Harleen Deol put up a great show with the bat and scored 90 runs for the 1st wicket. Harleen Deol scored his fifty and remained unbeaten on 84 runs in 66 balls. Himachal Pradesh ended the inning at 167/2 setting Goa a target of 168 in 20 overs.

In reply, Goa Cricket Association had to chase down 168 to win the game. Anaisha Ansari and Harleen Deol were the standout bowlers for HPCA taking 3 and 2 wickets respectively. HPCA team won the match by 3 runs and qualified for quarterfinal match which shall be played against Maharashtra Cricket Association on 30th April 2022 at Lalbhai Contractor Stadium Surat.
