Notice Inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) For Appointment of Statutory Auditors
Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Sole Proprietors/Partnership Firms / LLPs of Chartered Accountants for appointment as Statutory Auditors of the Association for the Financial Year 2025-26 (and further period as may be decided by the Association).
Interested Parties are requested to go through the Eligibility Criteria carefully as given in Annexure–A and submit their application along with relevant documents in the prescribed format given in Annexure–B.
Important instructions to the applicant firms are provided in Annexure–C.
The applicant Firm / LLP shall also submit an Undertaking regarding No Conflict of Interest with HPCA, BCCI, or any of its constituents.
The completed application should be sent at legal@hpca.cricket with subject line-“EOI for Appointment of Statutory Auditors – HPCA” latest by 5 p.m of February, 10th and should be addressed to:
